09 PALLETIZER STRATOR DUO The design of the Strator Duo is very compact; however, it can palletize even larger layers. In addition to single layers of 1,700 x 2,800 mm, it can also form two blocks next to each other. Depending on your requirements, the following features can be integrated optionally: • Providing protection sheets or empty pallets • Dispensing intermediate layers • Using a turning device Our Spherical Cross / Table components, well known from the FRACTOR, form the layer patterns. Thus, we provide you with a system that is as open and accessible as possible without shearing and crushing points. Even smallest packages of 200 x 200 mm are transported safely over the flat transport surface. The double layer palleti- zing can also be used for smaller die cutters which, for example, run a combination of bottom and cover sheets, where the bottom and cover sheets are separated and palletized next to each other.
