In addition to its headquarters in Minden, the MINDA Group comprises the German companies MINDA Industrieanlagen GmbH in Tangermuende and MINDA GmbH in Stadthagen as well as the MINDA North America LLC in Granite Falls, North Carolina. The group of companies provides a flexible use of capacities and different strengths in order to serve our customers from a single source and to use synergy effects of the different companies in a target-oriented way.
Since our foundation, we have offered young people the opportunity for training and further education, because this is our key to qualified young talents. Our numerous educational successes prove that our individual training concept is correct. In recent decades, we have provided over 500 young people prospects for the future.
Our corporate culture and standards
Compliance is a key component of the MINDA Group's entrepreneurial thinking and actions. Our rules of conduct protect our employees, our company, our customers and our partners. As part of the implementation of our compliance strategy, we have set up a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure that our company acts ethically and in compliance with the law. The CMS also serves to prevent and avoid violations - whether under the Whistleblower Protection Act, the General Equal Treatment Act or internal guidelines such as our Code of Conduct. This objective is aimed at our management, all employees and our business partners.
To underline the importance of this principle, we have described our stance on legal requirements and ethical issues in more detail in our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for our conduct in our dealings with each other and, of course, in our business dealings. This naturally includes our suppliers and business partners. Our Code of Conduct is substantiated by a large number of compliance guidelines and rules of conduct. Our company has also implemented numerous other internal processes for risk analysis and effective monitoring of our CMS.
Our compliance system is supplemented by a reporting system. Our employees, business partners and third parties have the opportunity to report irregular behavior at any time.
