For the machine periphery MINDA provides a direct interface upstream and downstream the converting machines and thus supplies the complete solution within a corrugated board plant.

Palletizer STRATOR forms layer patterns according to customer requirements

With the Prefeeder ADVECTOR and its options, a fully automatic, gentle feeding to all converting machines from Miniline to Midline as well as for flat-bed or rotary die cutters is ensured.
The Preefeeder offers a wide range of adjustments for each customer-specific application: Lateral or straight stack feeding, stack turning in the ADVECTORverto, variation of the transfer table and possible movability.
The ADVECTORbrevis with the shortest installation length available on the market was developed.especially for flat-bed die cutters including printing units.
The breaker FRACTOR then quickly and gently breaks the finished products coming from flat-bed and rotary die cutters.
The product range is completed by manual palletizing in stacking corners with the help of our semi-automatic palletizing machine and automated by the fully automatic palletizers STRATOR and STRATOR Duo or by a robot.

With the storage tower CAPTOR you can specifically store finished layers behind your converting machines. Stacks coming from two converting machines (e.g. two die cutters) can be stacked with two CAPORTS on one STRATOR by processing the storage towers one after the other. When buffering the bundles from one converting machine, the bundles from the other one are palletized. This provides you with a space-saving, cost-effective and fully automatic solution.
The compact design and the storage on several levels provide the intermediate storage of several bundles. The hall height determines the number of storage spaces. The bundles are first removed from the CAPTOR when a pallet can be created completely. Thus, unnecessary waiting times of the STRATOR are avoided and the performance of the converting machines is increased.

The individual stacks or bundles are assembled in the palletizer STRATOR to the desired layer pattern. Thanks to the modular design, customer-specific requirements can be implemented individually and accommodated in production in a space-saving manner. This means that the layers can be deposited alternately by the turning device and, if required, doubled or tripled.
In addition, an automatic empty pallet infeed is possible. Of course, MINDA exclusively uses Spherical Cross and Spherical Table components to create the layer. Their application eliminates the need for lifting movements and provides a rather open and accessible system without shearing and crushing points. The design of the STRATOR Duo is very compact and it is able to form, in addition to single layers of 1,700 x 2,800 mm, also two blocks of 2 x 1,700 x 1,400 mm in Euro/industrial pallet format side by side at the same time.

With these components, a uniform plant concept can be developed which perfectly complements the overall solution of the conveyor technology for a complete plant and facilitates planning and control decisively.
