Few would have thought that some of our employees (especially the male ones) would one day enjoy the pleasure of a powder brush from a professional make-up artist. But for our new group-wide image film we watched out for many details: From impressive pictures, to sound recordings, up to and including the mask.

It was clear from the start: Our employees, being the heart of the company group, should be the focus of the pictures. At the same time, competence and passion for plant construction, as well as technical know-how should be taken into consideration.

During the conception of the film we were able to integrate many of our own ideas and implement them during the shooting. All in all, it should be a "different" film - not a classic compilation of MINDA's know-how and benefits.

7 scenes were created during the first days of shooting at the location in Minden, which show a kind of "hero's journey" exemplary with one employee:

It is the history of an insecure career starter with the talent to step into every faux pas unerringly who becomes a self-confident and sovereign part of the MINDA team with the support of his colleagues.

During the shooting our employees had a lot of fun not only in their role as being an extra of a film. Everyone contributed to this project, from the skilled workers of production to the management.

So the Hollywood - feeling moved in during four days of shooting and our Minda staff could take an impressive look behind the scenes of a film production. Not only the fact that a scene had to be shot several times to obtain different perspectives, but also the protagonists' patient waiting for their next mission was one of the most memorable experiences.

Now we are already looking forward to more shooting days at our sister locations and are very excited about the final result!
