DUOZINK
Our DUOZINK cycle center machine is used for a production capacity of 900 to 2,250 rm per hour.
For the DUOZINK cycle center machine, finger jointing technology was further developed and the necessary process steps - milling - glue application - pressing - were split into different stations.
This cycle center machine is characterized by its very compact installation space. Vertical and horizontal finger joints are also possible. In addition, both 1C as well as 2C glues can be used.
The DUOZINK is available in different configurations for 12 to 18 cycles/min.
The following cross-sections can be finger jointed:
Board length on the input side: 800 – 6,000 mm
Board length on the output side: 2.000 – 50,000 mm
Board thickness: 20 – 180 mm
Board widths: 60 – 320 mm
Pressing force: 150 – 300 kN, hydraulic
